2.抗癌藥物開發(fā)： dUMP 是抗癌藥物（如 5-氟尿嘧啶，5-FU）的靶標(biāo)之一。5-FU 是一種嘧啶類似物，其代謝物會與 dUMP 競爭胸苷酸合成酶，從而抑制 DNA 合成，導(dǎo)     致癌細胞死亡。
